BRITTANY WILLIAMS

Director of Human Resources

Brittany joined The Macallan Group in August 2016 and is a seasoned Human Resource Director with over ten years of experience. In her role as HR Director, Brittany is primarily responsible for strategic talent acquisition, employee development and retention, and fostering positive workforce relations.

Prior to joining The Macallan Group, Brittany worked for a large Atlanta-based flooring installer. In this role, she served as a key liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring a positive workplace culture while supporting business objectives. 

Brittany received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of West Georgia and began her professional journey in recruiting. She was fortunate to find a long-term professional home at Macallan, where she continues to make a meaningful impact. 

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys quality time with her husband and two young children. She is deeply engaged in her community, serving on the People Committee for Camp Twin Lakes and the Board of Directors for the Davis Direction Foundation. Additionally, she is an active member and volunteer at West Ridge Church.
